3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations;
  • Deliver the advisory, integration, and training services you request;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Website;
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends;
  • Protect the security and integrity of our systems; and
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Website and our business, including our hosting provider (Vercel), our form provider (Tally), and email or scheduling tools we use to communicate with you. These providers are contractually required to protect the information they process on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to load content and remember preferences, as well as limited analytics cookies to measure aggregate traffic. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the Website may not function as intended.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiries, deliver our services, meet our legal and contractual obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act) to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within the time frames required by applicable law.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
